Only our Official Suppliers (GES Canada, Calgary Stampede, Inside Track) will contact you with regards to booth decor, electrical/banner requirements and Show Guide advertising. No other promotional, decorator or advertising company are authorized by the show.
Our Official Show Hotel (Hotel Blackfoot) will NOT contact you.
Any emails or calls you receive regarding Show Hotels are NOT authorized and we do not recommend you responding as there are hidden fees associated with booking.
We do NOT sell any contact information. Any emails or calls that you may receive with regards to purchasing a “list of contact names” whether vendors or consumers is FALSE. These are out of country companies trying to solicit funds and they are not compliant with our Canadian CASL laws. We do report them to the Canada Anti-Fraud Bureau (Spam Reporting Centre).
IMPORTANT FIRE and FACILITY REGULATIONS: All Exhibitors Must comply
All Power Sport Vehicles and gasoline powered equipment on the show floor must only have:
¼ of a tank / 20 liters or less of fuel.
All vehicles will be checked during Move In and will not be allowed to enter the facility if the gas level exceeds 1/4 tank.
No propane on or in the vehicle is permitted.
Canopies, tents and large fabric backdrops must have a permanent label attached by the manufacturer indicating
conformance with CAN/ ULC S-109 or NFPA 701 “Flame Tests of Flame-Resistant Fabrics and
Films”. If this label is not present, you will be requested to remove the canopy.
Any Vehicle or Structure over 9.3m of roofed area will require an active smoke detector & fire extinguisher 2A10BC in the booth.

All Exhibitors must have General Commercial Liability insurance of a minimum of two million dollars prior to the show. The Exhibitor shall add the Licensor (8061246 Canada Inc.) as an additional insured and hold the Licensor harmless from any damage, expense or liability, to or in respect to any person, arising out of the Exhibitor’s occupancy of the said licensed space or anything or matter connected with such occupancy or the activities of the Exhibitor, its servants, agents or employees in conjunction therewith, whether or not such activities shall occur in the licensed space, the building or elsewhere. All exhibitors must provide the Licensor with proof of insurance 30 days prior to the show.
